Setup Instructions

Instructions on how to setup the Ava Scraper

1. Download the Ava Scraper from the links provided in the Download section. Do not download it from any other source

2. Go to my.telegram.org

3. Enter your phone number, make sure its the phone number connected with the telegram account you use Avabot with, or else the scraper will not work. After you press Next, the site will request an access code

4. The code will be sent by the official Telegram account to your Telegram. Use the access code to login.

5. After logging in, select "API Development Tool"

6. Fill out the form:

• App Title: Ava Scraper

• Short Name: Scraper

• URL: https://my.telegram.org/

• Platform: Desktop

1. Select "Create Application". You will now be now given an Api Id and Api Hash. Do not share this with anyone

2. Go back to the scraper and you will see such fields, Api ID, Api Hash, Phone Number

• Enter your Api ID and hash in their respective fields.

• Enter the phone number associated with your telegram account

1. You will receive a message from the official telegram account with an access code to login, enter that in the next page to continue.

2. You are now logged in, and ready to start scraping telegram channels.
